I can easily have stiff neck when I get up in the morning, so I always feel very nervous
when I go to sleep. It normally will take me 3-4 days to get better. One
day in the summer I went to Kings Island with my kids. I decided to
challenge myself and I took the roller coaster ride-Son of the Beast, after
that I felt my neck was very hurt. I couldn't even move my head the next
